If you want the peppery flavor of Bratwurst without having to take the time to stuff the meat into sausage casings, you can make Rachael’s Bratburgers in half the time! Rach serves with a homemade red cabbage for authentic German flavor.
What, you’ve never tried grilled guacamole? Seriously, though, this delish take on the classic dip is one you have to try before you cover up the grill for the winter! Rach grills all the ingredients before mashing and mixing, to add a smoky flavor.
